Andhra Pradesh Rajiv Vidya Mission(SSA) has issued Proceedings No.563 on October 8, 2013. This Proceedings for Developing Model Schools where MRGs are positioned. This proceedings details as follow.

All the District Educational Officers and Project Officers of RVM(SSA) are here by informed that the RVM wish to develop 3-Model schools where MRGs are working. There is a plan to develop these Model schools by providing inputs like orientation and training of MRGS, development of Teaching Learning Material through workshops and other necessary support. In this regard, the concerned MandaI Educational Officers, and all the Sectoral Officers shall visit the MRG Schools/Model schools frequently and to provide on job support wherever and whenever necessary.
To implement all the above activities and to find the status of Model schools and the MRGs working in these schools, there is a need to make structured visits by MEOs to the said schools. Therefore, all the District Educational Officers and Project Officers are hereby requested to issue necessary instructions to all MandaI Educational Officers in the district to visit all the MRG Schools in their MandaI from 17.10.2013 to 19.10.2013 without fail and record their observations in the prescribed format enclosed to the progs. Officers from SIEMAT, Office of SPD ,RVM(SSA) will also visit the Districts randomly on the above 3 days.
Further the MEOs shall be instructed to submit the reports along with the suggestions to Project Officers indicating the status of functioning of each Model School by 25.10.2013. All MEOs shall share the feedback of the Model schools and MRGs in the staff meeting of respective schools.
The POs are requested to deploy all Sectoral Officers working in District Project Office to visit the Model Schools located in different Revenue Divisions in the district on the above three days along with the prescribed formats. Further the POs are requested to instruct the Sectoral officers to share their observations with the concerned MEOs. The feedback and the status of the MRG School received from MEOs and Sectoral officers shall be consolidated and submitted by P.O to the State.
