UPSC CDS Exam 2014 Eligibility Criteria to Apply Online:

Like any other exam UPSC have very straight parameters for Candidate’s eligibility to apply and appear for the courses under Combined Defence Services, one should fit within the below give eligibility measures if he wants to apply for CDS..

Marital Status:

Unmarried

UPSC CDS 2014 AGE LIMIT Criteria:

Indian Military Academy (IMA):

Candidate who wishes to apply for CDS must be between Minimum 17 Year and Maximum 22 year i.e. to be followed for candidate born between 2^nd January 1991 to 1^st January 1996

Indian Naval Academy (INA):  

If you are applying for Naval Academy then the age eligibility requirements would be as followed …. One who born before or as on 1 Jan 1996 and after or as on 2^nd January 1991

Air Force Academy (AFA):

The Age Eligibility parameters of AFA for CDS Application follow the stated condition: Applicant should be born before 1^st January 1996 or later 2^nd January 1992.

Officers Training Academy (OTA):

Candidate should have born before 1^st Jan 1996 and after 2ns Jan 1990

Officers Training Academy (SSC Army) Women –

female unmarried candidates who have born between 2^nd jan 1990 to 1^st jan 1996.

Required Educational Qualifications for UPSC CDS 2014:

4	AFA	BSc. In Math n Physics or B.Tech

Note: If you are appearing in final year of your graduation then you can apply for the courses under CDS but make sure that your result should be announced by Examination date, such candidates will have to provide a legal proof for this signed by authorized person.

Combined Defence Services Exam (CDS) Schedule:
