This time SSC is not recruiting CS on a national level patter but rather region wise. Now, Western region exam is over and the board is seeking out to organize this cabinet secretariat exam once again for other region.
SSC recently announced post vacancies in several department under the cabinet secretariat namely : Research Officer, Deputy Field Officer, Personal Assistant (PA) and Stenographer (Group C). All these posts are to be filled under the western region and will be set to working from the cabinet secretariat building. The first exam date was postponed due to some unavoidable circumstances. Therefore, SSC later announced a second exam date which is 24th November and the written exam was conducted successfully second time.
Cabinet Secretariat is an administrator level post under the government of India. Primary role of the cabinet secretariat is to participate in decision making process and show his best interest towards the development of the country. CS sits with other admins and helps in organizing new policies, new projects by following all rules and regulations written in rules 1961.

As we all know, the examination for WR CS held on 24th and we all are about to wait for the results to be announced by the staff selection commission.
