Visit the official website of UPSC www.upsconline.nic.in.
Fill the application by entering your personal and qualification details properly.
Pay application fee either online or offline
Again log on official website.
Enter your transaction details.
Upload your latest scanned photograph and signature.
Click submits to get registered and take printout of online application for future reference.
5. Important Dates:
Online Application forms will be available online from: 08 February 2014
Deadline for filling Online Application form: 10 March 2014
Examination will be held on 24 May 2014
