Today on 21 December 2013 (Saturday) RRVPNL/RVPN and its associated
organization like JDVVNL, AVVNL, RVUNL, RVPNL conducted the written
examination to fill up various vacancies of Junior engineers for the
Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, PLCC/Control and Instrumentation
Engineering. The candidates who has participated in today’s exam will
be called for the interview on the basis of Written Exam Cutoff Merit
Score for the final selection.
Overview of Today’s RRVPNL Junior Engineer Written Exam held on 21. 12. 2013
RRVPNL/RVPN and its subsidiary organization has conducted the first
phase of Junior Engineers selection process by taking the written
examination at various centers in Rajasthan, the exam was taken into 2
different meetings sequentially Morning shift and Evening shift, we
didn’t get any suspicious or negative news from any of center where
this exam is taken. So it’s another successful phase of RRVPNL/RVPN
Recruitments. A big number of candidate participated in this exam and
as per the crowd I must say a ratio of 1:60 will be shortlisted for the
interview round so it may lead to a competitive and low cutoff result.

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasan Nigam Junior Engineer (Various) Exam, In
my opinion the question paper was the subject of knowledge in
specialized field mainly as most hard section in all Question paper was
the specialization paper no matter its for Mechanical, Electrical,
Civil or for any other trade. It was obvious to be competitive and
tricky for the specialization section as this is what candidates are
supposed to do at final selection where as other parts of paper like
General Awareness and Rajasthan State’s GK were of average difficulty
level.
If I look at the history of this exam than I must say this was the most
difficult series of examination from RRVPNL for JEN-I Posts in
comparison to previous years exams and the reason behind setting paper
on this difficulty level could be the large number of applicants for a
thousand posts.
What will be the Expected Cutoff Marks Merit Score for RRVPNL/RVPN JEN I Exam?
My observation about the cutoff marks is not based upon the previous
year stats instead we interviewed and surveyed many examination centers
in Jaipur and neighbor cities and asked participants to share their
experience about today’s exam of JEN I, they shared their opinion on
how was their exam as well as also told what they think about the Merit
List Score Result.
Most of the opinion we collected said the Cutoff marks for the
interview may go in between of 55 to 75 where as another group of
students also mentioned that the Cutoff may also go high for exam like
Electrical and Civil wings.
