UPTET website, Download Application form for UPTET 2014All students of Uttar Pradesh are hereby notified that Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board has finally issued a notification regarding UPTET 2014 exam. As per which all those students who wants to apply for teacher jobs in the state of UP must apply for UPTET 2014 first. After that, UPTET will release a qualification score that will enable one to easily get a teaching job in UP. The exam paper will be set by UPBEB and one must follow all rules and guidelines set by it.
About UPTET
UPTET stands for Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test which has the same format like any other teacher eligibility test in any other state. This UPTET is monitored by UPBEB (Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board) that also manages other state level exam in UP state. All exam government boards, schools, colleges are affiliated with the UPBEB. Under the directions by the central Board, it is mandatory to have a valid UPTET score before applying for any teaching job in UP. No school or college will welcome a candidate who doesn’t have a UPTET score and is seeking for a job.
Online Registrations :
Online registrations for UPTET will commence from 6th January 2014 and will end on 28th January (last date). After the due date no online application will be accepted by UPBEB. To apply online you can download the application form for UPTET 2014 from here : www.upbasiceduboard.gov.in. Please, remember you can only be able to apply online after 6th January.
Application Fee :
A fee of Rs. 300 is to be charged from all general candidates who wishes to apply for UPTET 2014. As per SC/ST candidates (reserved category), they only needed to pay Rs. 150 in the form of a bank challan. Handicapped candidates can apply for this TET exam for free i.e. no fee will be charged from handicappers.
Exam Dates :
Exam of UPTET 2014 will be conducted on two consecutive dates i.e. 22nd February and 23rd February 2014.
Admit Card release :
All admit cards will be released after the completion of online registration process. Admit cards can be downloaded from the UP Basic Education Board website : www.upbasiceduboard.gov.in.
Please Note : As per notification, the online registrations will start from 6th January 2014, therefore, all links related to UPTET 2014 will be made available after that date only. If you go and open the website now, you will not find any such link.
