Salary/Pay Scale:
Those who get appointed at the final stage will be appointed on E2
Grade in Coal India Notification, these appointments will be for the
profile of Management Trainee for that in the 1st year of
training candidates will be on the scale of pay of INR. 20,600 – 46,
500. On completion of training there will be another test conducted by
COAL India to permanent & regularize trainee on a promoted post like
engineer & managers. Those who will clear the regularization test
will appointed on E3 scale in that the scale of pay if INR- 24,900 –
50,500.
COAL India Management Trainee Posts Eligibility Qualification:
Like
any other job description Coal India officials has mentioned in the
recruitment notice 2014 some compulsory eligibility conditions. These
eligibility parameters are referred to the age criteria &
educational qualification required to apply for COAL India MT posts as
stated below….
COAL MT Age Limit:
- Maximum 30 year of age as on 01/04/2014 in that as sentenced by government candidates from OBC quota will get 3 year & SC/ST quota will get 5 year relaxation in age.
COAL MT Posts Required Educational Qualification:
Management Trainee Environment:
- One should have taken Engineering degree in Environment with a minimum score of 60% or candidates with an Engineering Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Engineering can also apply. *One should be qualified from AICTE/UGC recognized university & institutions.
Management Trainee Finance & Accounts:
- Anyone who has taken CA/ICWA qualified certificate is eligible to apply for MT Finance & Accounts posts in coal India.
- One who have taken 2 Year full time master’s degree or PG Diploma or Equivalent in management with IR/Personnel Management/ Human Resource as a specialization.
- Apart from this candidates with MBA or MHROD or MSW (Master of Social Work) with HR Specialization are eligible to apply for MT Personnel posts.
- *One should be passed out from a college or university recognized by UGC/AICTE
- *Minimum qualifying score should be 60% or above.
Management Trainee Material Management:
- One with engineering graduation level qualification in Electrical or Mechanical along with MBA in Material Management with a minimum 60% marks from any university/institute under UGC Norms.
Management Trainee Community Development:

The
Selection process follows a standard predefined procedure in that
applicants will have to appear in a competitive written test and those
who get short-listed by qualifying this exam successfully will be called
for COAL MT Interview round for the appointment.

- UR/OBC candidates are supposed to pay application fee INR. 500 where as candidates from ST/SC/PH categories do not need to pay any fee.
