Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission had issued a latest VAO Exam 2014 notification No.7/2014 for recruitiment 2342 Village Administrative Officers (2013 - 2014) posts in the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service.

Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification :
Candidate should posses S.S.L.C Public Examination / equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies .
Knowledge of Tamil :
Candidates should possess adequate knowledge of Tamil.
Age Limit (As on 01.07.2014):
candidates should be b/w 21-40 yrs for SC/ST/OBC/BC and others 21-30yrs
Scale of Pay : PB-1, Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade level pay of Rs.2400/-
Selection Procedure :
- Written Examination
- District option exercised by the candidates.
Examination Fee:
Rs.125/- (Examination Fee Rs.75/- + Applicaotion Rs.50/-). Candidates claimied exemption from examination fee should pay only Rs.50/- Application cost.
Note : Candidates can avail of the facility of one time Registration on payment of Rs.50/- Registration fee. The registration shall be valid for a period of 5 Yrs from the date of 1 time registration.
Mode of Fee Payment :
Candidates have to pay fee through online or offline. The online payment will be made by using NET Banking or Credit Card / Debit Card.offline payment will be made through Post Office/ Indian Bank by using payment challan generated automatically at TNPSC website.
