Age Limit:
Candidates age limit is 35 yrs for Scientists or Engineers ‘SC Posts & 18 yrs to 30 yrs for JRF Posts . The upper age relaxsation is 35 yrs for SC/ ST & 33 yrs for OBC candidates.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess M.E/ M.Tech / equivalent in relevant discipline with B.E/ B.Tech / equivalent for Posts 1, 2 and 3, M.Tech/ M.E/ M.Sc Engineering in Applied Optics/ Optics with B.E/ B.Tech / equivalent degree in Engineering / M.Sc Physics for Posts 4 & 8, M.Sc in Chemistry for Posts 5 & 7, B.E/ B.Tech/ equivalent in Computer Science for Post 6 & M.Sc Physics for Post 9 & have M.E/ M.Tech with 60% marks, B.E/ B.Tech & M.Sc with 65% marks.

Candidates have to Pay Rs.100/- for each applicaotion in the form of DD from any of the Nationalized Bank in favour of Accounts Officer, ISRO Satellite Centre, Bangalorre, payable at Bangalore. No Fee for Women, SC, ST, Ex-Serviceman & PWD candidates. Candidates should enter the DD no., date & name of the Bank in the space provided in the online application.
