Short Service Commissioned Officers
Branch or Specialisation :
Executive (General Service/ Hydro cadre), Executive(Information Technology) , Engineering (E) Branch, Electrical(L) Branch, Engineering Branch, Electrical Branch, Naval Architecture.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have completed BE or B.Tech Degree with minimum 65
percent marks in aggregate from a recognized university. or B.Sc, BCA
/MCA, M.Sc, M.Tech. Candidates not qualified or appearing in final exam
are not eligible to apply.
Physical Standards:
The candidates should not be colour/night blind & must be physically fit according to following physical standards:
(a) Height and Weight. Minimum height for male - 157 cms and for female - 152 cms with correlated weight.
(b) Eye Sight : details are given in the notification
Age Limit:
The candidates applying for the above entries must be aged between 19½ and 25 years i.e. the candidate must be born between 02 Jul 1990 and on 01 Jan 1996, both dates inclusive.
How to Apply:
Candidates are to fill in ‘e-application' (Online) for this entry. The candidates are to apply online (e-application) from 16th August, 2014. The online application registration will end on 6th September, 2014.
