- Educational Qualification :
- For Lower Division Clerk : 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University and Typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English on manual Typewriter or a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English on Computer (35 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)
- For Technical Assistant (Field) : Three years Graduate Degree with 2 years experience in Field surveys or 3 years graduate degree with 2 years diploma in Medical Lab Technology from a recognized university /Institute.
- Nationality : Indian
- For Lower Division Clerk : 27 years
- For Technical Assistant (Field) : 30 years

- Educational Qualification : 10th Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board with One year certificate Course in health related field. or 1 Year Experience in Health related field work.
