Today, 18 January 2014 (Saturday) Commissionerate of Employment &
Training- Gandhi Nagar (Gujarat) have completed the first phase of
Supervisor Instructors Selection Procedure by conducting the Written
Examination. This exam will decide the future of thousands of
participants for the 1000+ vacancies of Supervisor Instructors in
Various Disciplines. This was an Engineering grade examination for that
Engineering Graduates & Engineering Diploma level job seekers
participated today.

Overview of Commissionerate of Employment & training – Gandhinagar Supervisor Instructor Exam:
As stated above the Supervisor Instructor Exam was taken today, this
examination was schedules into 2 different shifts and in each shift a
unique paper. If we discuss about the question paper pattern and
syllabus then it was a stuffed with questions mapped within the
standard syllabus and formatted on the provided pattern in that 100
questions were asked in 4 sections name- General Awareness- 25 marks,
Quantitative Aptitude- 25 Marks, Reasoning- 25 Marks and Domain
Specified- 25 Marks, candidates were allotted 1.15 hours to solve this
question paper.
Supervisor Instructors Question Paper Review & Analysis:
If I have to rate thoroughly the domain specified sections of each
paper - Electricals, Automobile, Mechanical, Math-Drawing, Computer,
Electronics, Chemical and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning were
trickiest whereas the other section were asked on average difficulty
level. However the quantitative section and general awareness were
tough though.
The Expected Cut off Merit for this exam will go a bit high, according to my observation it may stick between 40 to 60. The Official Release of Cutoff Marks merit will decide the result.
