Pay Scale:
- Applicants appointed under the Job Code- A or B will be eligible for the Pay Band- INR. 9200 to 34800/- GP- INR- 4700/-
- Applicants appointed under the Job Code- C, D & E will get INR. 5200 to 20200/- on GP – INR- 3200
Minimum Required Qualification Criteria:
BSSPHCL has set some very specific eligibility conditions, those who
fits with the eligibility parameters will be allowed to apply and sit
in the written examination, else will be cancelled and disallowed.

Age Limit Eligibility:
One must be aged minimum 21 years and maximum 50 years as on 30/10/2013
Required Qualification:
As stated in official notification of BSPHCL Recruitment notice each
job profile requires a specific set of skills and knowledge, as stated
below:
- For Junior Electrical Engineer (General & GTO) one must have a 3 year engineering diploma certificate in electrical/mechanical/electronics engineering from any institute or university recognized by Board of Technical Education.
- For Junior Accountant Clerk post one must possess a Bachelor Degree in Commerce or in Arts with Math from any institute or university recognized by UGC.
- For Correspondence Clerk and Store Assistant Posts one must possess Graduation in Arts, Math or Science Discipline from any university recognized by UGC.
Selection Procedure:
BSPHCL will hold a written examination followed by Interview Round to complete the selection process.
